Patching
Patches are applied to any small and large cracks in the parking garage floor surface prior to the application of the epoxy to ensure a smooth surface.
Grinding
In order to ensure proper adhesion of the epoxy, we start by sanding or diamond grinding the parking garage floor. This opens up the pores on the surface and helps remove surface contaminants and failing previous coatings. It should be noted that this process will not level the floor or correct imperfections.
